Going to Rio
$25
Brazil is one of the more recognizable and approachable coffee origins, so it was natural for us to add one in our lineup.
The lot comes to us through Serra Negra, or “black mountain” — and it is a classic profile from Minas Gerais.
Flavors include shortbread cookie, caramel corn, mixed nuts, toasted marshmallow, toasted wheat, biscuits, oats, and raisin.
This is a medium roast and is well suited for French press, drip coffee, and works beautifully for espresso and milk-based drinks.
This Brazil coffee is so good that you may find yourself inspired to “Going to Rio” soon.
