Early Riser

This is a Natural Colombia produced at the Manos Juntas Micromill. The natural processing method, more common to coffees from Africa, is used at Manos Juntas to increase the cup quality, draw out new flavors, and use fewer natural resources like water at the mill.

Flavors include raspberry, candied orange, strawberry, bergamot, black tea, red licorice, ginger, dark chocolate, vanilla, and banana candy.

This is a light roast and is well suited for pour-over, Chemex, and French Press.
